Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson, born on July 24 1975 is an American former professional wrestler. Wilson is most famous for her involvement in World Wrestling Entertainment, formerly known as the World Wrestling Federation. She was also a Miss Galaxy competitor in 1999. After her win, she was hired by World Championship Wrestling. She was with the company from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] Her 2001 appearances on World Wrestling Federation television were part of The Invasion (a WCW storyline that was later referred to as the [then] WWF). The most memorable storylines took place in 2002 in which she faced Dawn Marie. [5][9] In 2003, she teamed up together with Sable. Wilson has also been a member of the all-female stable (i.e. it's a collection of characters who are storyline-related) which was referred to as Vince's Devils and ended its run in 2006.Aside of pro-wrestling, Wilson has been on the covers of several magazines, including FHM as well as Playboy (which Wilson posed for twice, with one featuring both Wilson as well as Sable).Wilson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019. Wilson's first wrestling experience took place when she attended a World Championship Wrestling (WCW) show with her boyfriend in 1999. In the following year, she was asked to walk backstage and enter the ring along with Scott Steiner. 7 Kevin Nash later expressed interest in a storyline. [5][7][9] This was her first appearance on the Nitro show's February 8 1999 episode (later called "Samantha") The episode revealed, in the plot, that Wilson was snatched by the New World Order (nWo) to lure David Flair into turning against his father, Ric Flair. The two appeared together on February 21 at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric in the face, and David struck his face with a Taser. 15 Ric was awarded the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored match , in which an uncensored Barbed Wire Steel Cage match was held. David and Wilson took their break from WCW television, only to return to the arena in May. Wilson was Flair's valet for the 1999 Bash at the Beach. Flair successfully defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship.
