Forbes magazine named Addison Rae as the most popular TikToker of the world in August 2020. Also, she is amongst the top TikTok users. Apart from being famous in TikTok Addison Rae is also very well-known in other social media platforms like Instagram YouTube and Twitter. In 2021, she made her first appearance on stage by releasing her song Obsessed. It reached fourth spot on New Zealand Hot Singles charts and also became the sixth trending YouTube video that very same day. Addison Rae is also a candidate for awards at the most prestigious ceremonies like those of the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards as well as Kids Choice Awards.
