Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor was a banker in the past. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. Her father is an Argentinean of Scottish and English heritage is her mother. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English heritage. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's previous marriage. The family was initially located in Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor-Joy explained that the move had been traumatic, and refused to study English because she hoped to be able to return to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she was required to attend following her departure from Northlands. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study dance and perform in the school's productions. Then she dropped out of high school at 16 to focus on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy has always wanted to become an actor. When she was 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the opportunity to be a model.
